Dreaming of France -- Sunshine in Paris

Thank you for joining this weekly meme. Grab a copy of the photo above and link back to An Accidental Blog. Share with the rest of us your passion for France. Did you read a good book set in France? See a movie? Take a photo in France? Have an adventure? Eat a fabulous meal or even just a pastry? Or if you're in France now, go ahead and lord it over the rest of us. We can take it.

Today was a beautiful, sunny Easter Sunday. And luckily, we go to spend it with family and much of it outside, enjoying ourselves.
Many of our days in France are spent outside enjoying the weather when the sun shines.

And, as  you can see from this picture in Luxembourg Gardens, we are not alone. Everyone in Pairs loves to be outdoors when the sun shines.

Here's another angle on the sunny grass and fountain at the Luxembourg Gardens.

I even caught this nearly symmetrical picture of girls in white shirts and jeans sitting on a pedestal and framing the fountain at Luxembourg Gardens.

I love Paris when the sun shines, but also when it doesn't!
Thanks so much for playing along with Dreaming of France. I'm so glad you stopped by and I hope you'll visit the blogs of the other people who play along too.

French Hutch, Yes, but my Easter was in Columbus, the pictures are from Paris on a different sunny day. Not next year, but the year after, I should get to celebrate in France.
Jacqui, Thanks so much for joining in with Dreaming of France today. Love your pastry post.

I like your symmetrical pic of the jeune fille:) Did I spell that correctly? Glad to hear you had a happy Easter, we went to my sister in laws for a lovely brunch at their home overlooking the golf course. We sat on their patio, all of us in a line, facing the golf course, like the Last Supper! Beautiful and sunny day like yours.

Sorry I couldn’t get it together for Dreaming of France. I hope I can fulfill my promise to contribute next week.

Esme, Jeanie and Sim, Thanks for commenting on Dreaming of France. Sometimes, I consider just ditching it, but I guess I'll keep slogging along. I do dream of France.

Cockadoodle Doo or Cocorico?

We stood in the middle of the road, having walked together 13 miles that day and Claudine grasped my forearm. "Mais non! It doesn'...
