But as a non runner I can only guess. I currently have a broken toe -- nothing too terrible but annoying with shoes!

And boy -- those medical bills are just screaming. I have great insurance with a low co-pay for most things but still with the deductible, it mounts up. My friend on his affordable health care program pays $22/month (and $20 copays). Sounds good but then, his income isn't great... always a balance...Jeaniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17482528482559445943noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32469880.post-37787338899341558492014-06-05T04:52:21.014-04:002014-06-05T04:52:21.014-04:00I totally get it. I'm still a little peeved that when I was actually sick a couple months ago, I could not get in to see my doctor. I can't even remember the last time I was sick enough to go to the doctor. So I had to go to the Urgent Care (in the same building) and my co-pay doubled to $60. After tax that's about a days work. I really lucked out and am very grateful that the one rx required no copay and the other was only $4. Our prescription drug program is another story all together. Ha!

Still you know me, it's the principle of the thing.

p.s. Shoe inserts help and very deep painful massage on the area. I had it and it was awful. Hope your foot is soon well.Lindahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07041872314763651462noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32469880.post-70063375652202333852014-06-04T14:26:50.562-04:002014-06-04T14:26:50.562-04:00Hope the yoga is helping. I do not go to doctors either....he would most likely recomend rest anyway. Good luck.Sally Tharpe Rowleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17782027642498401036noreply@blogger.com
